11/10 experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and made to feel so welcome. The atmosphere, music, and service were all fantastic, but what really stood out was how seriously they take gluten-free dining. I have celiac disease, and the chef took the time to assure us they have a dedicated gluten-free protocol. I even overheard him educating his staff about proper gluten-free procedures, which gave me so much confidence. As someone who constantly worries about cross-contamination, that meant the world to me. And the food… absolutely incredible. You can genuinely taste the passion and care the chef puts into every dish. Everything was exceptionally fresh, and the flavor combinations were some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. They even offer celiac-safe deep-fried sushi options, which is something I almost never find at sushi restaurants. It made the experience feel extra special and gave me the opportunity to enjoy dishes that I usually have to pass on. This has officially become my new favorite sushi restaurant. My husband and I are regular visitors to this restaurant, and it has truly become one of our favorite places. They have the best ramen I have ever had, the maki are absolutely delicious, and every dish we’ve tried has been excellent. Whenever we have the chance, this is the place we choose. Kubo Sushi has not only the tastiest food and the best sushi, but they also provide truly top-quality service. I recently placed a large order for our office lunch, and they absolutely did not disappoint. They made sure everything looked perfect and took the time to listen to all of our requests—from the types of sushi we wanted to how we preferred the platters to be arranged. When we placed the order on the office kitchen table, I didn’t even manage to take a proper picture because everyone immediately gathered around and started grabbing the sushi. Everything looked so beautiful and tasted even better. The entire office was happy, and people kept complimenting how fresh and delicious the sushi was. Thank you, Kubo Sushi, for making our office lunch such a success. We’ll definitely be ordering again! 🍣✨

Look no further for sushi and ramen, this is your stop. I ordered the Massacre roll and the Sumo roll (sorry I’m not a raw sushi gal) but these tempura rolls had either smoked salmon or unagi and it was amazing!!! Might I also say the drinks and service is exceptional. The staff is so insanely kind and sweet. The edamame appetizer is the best by the way. I enjoyed absolutely everything I ate. So happy we came here tonight!

I had the fried calamari ! It was amazing! Definitely recommend it! It wasn’t salty and seriously so tender! I had the Godzilla roll, the zombie brains and up in smoke! The Godzilla and zombie brains had such a good crunch to it but the up in smoke!!!? Man as soon as I bite into it, it would melt in my mouth and such a good crunch to it!!! Highly recommend this spot! The staff is super friendly and chatty! Music was definitely putting me in such a good mood ! Enjoyed the vibes in the atmosphere!
